山银花中绿原酸的提取与含量测定

【摘要】 目的比较水提醇沉法及超滤法对山银花中绿原酸提取率的影响。方法采用水提醇沉法及超滤法对山银花中绿原酸进行提取,用紫外分光光度法测定绿原酸含量。结果超滤法提取绿原酸含量达到7.94%。结论山银花中绿原酸的提取以水提75%乙醇沉淀为佳,对绿原酸提取物的精制超滤法更好。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Comparing the impact of water extract-alcohol precipitation and ultrafiltration on extraction rate of chlorogemic acid in Lonicera Confusa. METHODS Adopting the water extract-alcohol precipitation and ultrafiltration to extract the chlorogemic acid in Lomicera Confusa, the chlorogemic acid contents was determined by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry. RESULTS The chlorogemic acid contents was 7.94% by ultrafiltration, it was the highest. CONCLUSIONS Water extract-75%alcohol precipitation was more effective in extraction technology of chlorogenic acid in Lonicera Confusa, ultrafiltration was profit to refine chlorogenic acid.
