【摘要】 目的优化银杏叶总黄酮类化合物的提取工艺。方法采用回流法和冷浸法提取银杏叶,用UV法测定提取液中总黄酮含量。结果回流提取法效率高于冷浸法,其中用8倍量的乙醇回流提取的效果最好。结论银杏总黄酮的最佳提取条件为:用8倍量的70%乙醇回流提取两次。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To optimize the total flavonoids of Ginkgo biloba extraction process. METHODS Using reflux extraction and cold extraction to extract Ginkgo biloba, and determination of the total flavonoids by uv-spctrophotometer. RESULTS Total flavonoids of Ginkgo biloba content by reflux extraction is more than cold extraction, and 8 times amount of ethanol extraction is the best. CONCLUSIONS The optimum extraction conditions are achieved: using 8 times amount of 70% ethanol and extracting for 2 times.更多还原
