荔枝草化学成分研究
Studies on the chemical constituents of Salvia plebeian RBr.

【摘要】 目的对荔枝草(Salvia plebeian R Br.)全草70%(v/v)乙醇提取物的化学成分进行研究。方法利用反复硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层、Sephadex LH-20、开放ODS柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化;根据理化性质及波谱分析对分离得到的化合物进行结构研究。结果分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为咖啡酸甲酯(caffeic acid methyl ester,1),东莨菪素(scopoletin,2),carnosol(3),rosmadial(4),熊果酸(ursolic acid,5),柳穿鱼素(pectolinarigenin,6),表迷迭香酚(epirosmanol,7),高车前素(hispidulin,8),高车前苷(homoplantaginin,9),泽兰黄酮(nepetin,10),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,11)。结论化合物1、2为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物3~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Salvia plebeian R Br. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified repeatedly by silica gel column, preparative TLC, Sephadex LH-20 gel column and ODS column chromatography, and their chemical structures were elucidated by their physi-cochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results eleven compounds were obtained and identified as caffeic acid methyl ester (1), scopoletin (2), carnosol (3), rosmadial (4), ursolic acid (5), pectolinarigenin (6), epirosmanol (7), hispidulin (8), homoplantaginin (9) , nepetin (10), β-sitosterol (11). Conclusion Compounds 1 and 2 are odtained from the Salvia genus for the first time , Compounds 3 ~ 7 are reported from this plant for the first time.
