【摘要】 目的:研究牡丹皮水提取物及不同浓度乙醇提取物的体外抑菌和杀菌作用。方法:用试管内药液稀释法。对牡丹皮水提物及不同浓度乙醇提取物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)进行测定。结果:牡丹皮水提物和乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄糖球菌、大肠杆菌及绿脓杆菌均有较强的抑菌作用和一定的杀菌作用,且水提物的作用强于醇提物。结论:牡丹皮具有抗菌作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the antibacteria effect of aqueous extract and ethanol extract of moutan cortex in vitro Methods:Minimal inhibitory concent ration(MIC)and minimal bactericidal concent ration(MBC)of moutan cortex were determined in vitro.Results:The aqueous extract and ethanol extract of moutan cortex both had strong inhibitory effect and bactericidal action against staphylococcus aureus,aeruginosus Bacillus and Bacillus coli,and the antibacteria effect of aqueous extract were stronger than that of ethanol extract。Conclusion:Moutan cortex have antibacteria effect。更多还原
