【摘要】 目的:对枳壳樟帮炮制品进行黄酮类成分研究。方法:用色谱法进行分离和光谱解析法进行鉴定。结果:分离得到Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ四个主要黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为柚皮苷(Ⅰ)、橙皮苷(Ⅱ)、新橙皮苷(Ⅲ)、橙皮素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ)。结论:分离得到的橙皮素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷为枳壳樟帮法炮制后新产生的成分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the flavonoids from Fructus Aurantii of Zhangbang processed products.Method:The column chromatographic techniques were applied to isolate constituents,and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral data analysis including NMR,IR and MS techniques.Conclusion:Four compounds were isolated and identified as naringin(Ⅰ),neohesperidin(Ⅱ),neohesperidin(Ⅲ) and hesperetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅳ).Result:CompoundⅣwas the new product from Fructus Aurantii of its processed products.更多还原
