钩吻生物碱成分研究

【摘要】 目的对马钱科(Loganiaceae)钩吻(Gelsemium elegans)茎的生物碱类化学成分进行研究。方法采用不同柱色谱技术进行分离,通过波谱分析和X-Ray衍射等方法确定化合物结构。结果分离鉴定了8个吲哚型生物碱,分别鉴定为11,14-dihydroxygelsenicine(1),11-hydroxygelsenicine(2),钩吻素子(koumine,3),钩吻碱(gelsemine,4),胡蔓藤碱丙(humantenmine,14-hydroxygelsenicine,5),11-hydroxyhumantenine(6),钩吻素己(gelsenicine,7),和19-(Z)-Akuammidine(8)。结论:化合物1,2为两个新的吲哚型生物碱,其中化合物1的结构经X-Ray单晶衍射得到了确证。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the alkaloids from the stems of Gelsemium elegans.METHODS The alkaloids were isolated and purified by column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic and X-Ray analysis.RESULTS 8 Indole alkaloids were isolated from the 95%EtOH extract of the stems of G.elegans and their structures were identified as 11, 14-dihydroxygelsenicine(1),11-hydroxygelsenicine(2),koumine(3),gelsemine(4),humantenmine(or 14-hydroxygelsenicine) (5),11-hydroxyhumantenine(6),gelsenicine(7),and 19-(Z)-Akuammidine(8).CONCLUSION Compounds 1 and 2 were new indole alkaloids.Of these,the configuration of 1 was confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis.
