【摘要】 目的:研究菊芋叶中具有作用的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱层析结合反相制备液相色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:共分离6个化合物,并鉴定了其中四个,分别为5,8-diOH-6,7,4’-triOMe(pedunculin)(1),5,8-diOH-6,7diMeO-2-(3,4-diMeOPh)-4-benzopyrone(2),4,15-iso-Atripliciolidemethylacrylate(3),4,15-iso-Atripliciolide methylacrylate(4),化合物5、6是化合物3、4的类似物。结论:其中化合物1、2为首次从菊芋中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Helianthus tuberosus Linn Leaves.METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column and preparative RPHPLC,and their structures were elucidated according to physical and chemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and four were identified to be 5,8-diOH-6,7,4’-triOMe(pedunculin)(1),5,8-diOH-6,7diMeO-2-(3,4-diMeOPh)-4-benzopyrone(2), 4,15-iso-Atripliciolide methylacrylate(3),4,15-iso-Atripliciolide angelate(4),compound 5 and 6 are under further identification. Conclusion:Compoud 1 and 2 are obtained from the plant for the first time.更多还原
