【摘要】 目的提出完善农民工医疗保障制度的建议与对策,以保障农民工的医疗权益。方法借鉴国外相应的医疗保障制度,对农民工医疗保障制度缺失及不完善的成因深入剖析。结果与结论完善农民工医疗保障制度的建议与对策主要有:改革现行户籍制度;以劳动关系为基础建立医疗保障关系;提高农民工自身素质;建立贫困农民工医疗救助制度等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The measures and recommendations to perfect the medical security system for migrant workers to guarantee the medical right of migrant workers.Methods Combined with the corresponding foreign medical security systems,the reasons for the lack of medical security system for migrant workers are analyzed in-depth.Results and Conclusion The measures and recommendations to perfect the medical security system for migrant workers are reforming the current system for registered residence;establishing the relationship between medical treatment and security based on labor relationship; improving the quality of migrant workers themselves;establishing the medical bailout system for poor migrant workers and so on.更多还原
