【摘要】 目的:为我国处方合理性评价提供一种方法,提高处方合理水平,促进合理用药。方法:通过搜集国外研究文献,从指标的形成和效度评价两个方面来介绍英国的处方合理性指标体系。结果:英国处方合理性指标是经过较为复杂的过程而建立起来,主要是专家评价的方式,由于经过层层筛选,其效度也比较高,能够很好的反映处方合理性。但不可避免的,其本身也存在着一些缺陷。结论:我国应当结合自身情况,借鉴其经验规范处方,提高处方合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Provide a method of evaluation to appropriateness of prescribing in China, improve the level of appropriateness of prescribing,and promote rational use of drugs.Methods:Through collecting the foreign literatures,this article introduces the indicators system of appropriateness of prescribing in United Kingdom from the aspects of formation and validity assessment.Results:The indicators system of appropriateness of prescribing in United Kingdom is set up by expert evaluation. Because of sereval times of selection,the validity is high,and the indicators can reflect appropriateness of prescribing very well.But it is inevitable that there is some flaws with its owm.Conclusion:We should base on our situation,learn from their experience to regulate prescribing and improve the appropriateness of prescribing.更多还原
