【摘要】 目的:结合新医改中提出的用药品购销差别加价、设立药事服务费和增加政府投入等措施来逐步改革或取消药品加成的政策,就医改新名词"药事服务费"进行解读并得出相应的执行对策。方法:通过阅读相关的文献,了解目前政策的欠缺点和广大老百姓关注的焦点,归纳出相应的实施要点。结果与结论:提出了就药事服务费执行的四条相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:By the difference between the purchase and sale of drugs increases, pharmaceutical service fee and increased government investment etc.policies from new medical reform to abolish or decrease the drug addition,then give advices for the pharmaceutical service fee’s implementation.Methods:Firstly used the way of study literatures,Meanwhile understood the nation’s related policies and people’s focus,then summed up the implementation of the corresponding points.
