【摘要】 目的:完善《药品管理法》修订,以加强医疗机构药品监管。方法:通过相关政策、文献研究及监管实践,首先了解《药品管理法》对于我国药品监管事业的重要贡献及推进《药品管理法》修订完善的迫切性,继而阐明医疗机构药品监管的现状和问题,并重点论述对医疗机构药品监管相关问题的研究及对策。结果:提出12条相应修改意见。结论:《药品管理法》的修订完善,可以有效加强对医疗机构的药品监管,保障人们用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The consummation《Pharmaceutical Administration Law》revises,strengthens the Medical institutions drugs supervision.Methods:Through the related policy,literature search and supervision practice,we first try to understand the important contribution of the《Pharmaceutical Administration Law》for China’s drugs supervision and also the urgent sound to revise it,then we expound the Medical institutions drugs supervision’s present situation and the question,and focuses on the research and countermeasures related to the issue of medical institutions’drugs supervision.Results:Twelve corresponding revision comment gave.Conclusions:《Pharmaceutical Administration Law》the revision consummation,can effectively strengthen the drug supervision of medical institutions and safeguard the medication security.更多还原
