儿童患者环孢素A血药浓度监测

【摘要】 目的:为环孢素A用于儿童疾病的个体化治疗提供依据。方法:运用回顾性调查方法,对广州市儿童医院自2006年～2007年共61例/次儿童患者应用免疫抑制剂环孢素A的血药浓度监测结果进行分析。结果:血药浓度在<75 ng/ml的有24例/次(24/61)、75～200ng/ml的有24例/次(24/61)、200～400ng/ml的有10例/次(10/61)、>400 ng/ml的有3例/次(3/61)。结论:大部分患儿环孢素A的血药浓度监测的结果都在经验参考范围以内,实行血药浓度监测对调整临床用药剂量具有指导意义;实施个体化给药是确保临床治疗效果和用药安全的重要措施之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Used for a child paroxysm individuation a treatment to provide a basis for Cyclosporine A.Methods:In a retrospective review,the serum drug concentration of 61 Children’s patients who from Guangzhou Children’s Hospital treated with Cyclosporine A from 2006～2007 was monitored and the results were analyzed.Results:The serum drug concentration at under 75 ng/ml have 24 patients (24/61),75～200 ng/ml to have 24 patients(24/61),200～400 ng/ml to have 10 patients(10/61) in the 75 ng/ml,big have 3 patients in the 400 ng/ml(3/61).Conclusions:Greatly part of suffer from the results of the serum drug concentration monitor of the Cyclosporine A all to make reference to scope in experience in,so practice the blood medicine density monitor to make exchange whole clinical have meaning of instruction with the medicine;Carry out individuation is one of the important measures which insures clinical treatment result and uses a medicine safety for medicine.更多还原
