【摘要】 目的:比较头孢呋辛3种给药方案治疗儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎疗效。方法:126例急性化脓性扁桃体炎随机分为A、B、C三组。给药方案为,A组静脉滴注头孢呋辛钠50mg/kg,12小时1次;B组静脉滴注头孢呋辛钠50mg/kg,1日1次,12小时后口服头孢呋辛酯0.125g;C组静脉滴注头孢呋辛钠100mg/kg,1日1次。结果:A、B、C三组退热天数分别为5.41±1.65、5.58±1.72、7.03±1.71,差异有显著性。A、B组退热天数短于C组。A、B、C三组有效率比较,差异无显著性。结论:三种给药方案临床治疗有效率相似,但A、B组退热天数短于C组。B组同A组相比,一日注射给药只一次,较A组减少静脉穿刺次数,可减少患者痛苦,提高患者对治疗的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the efficacy of three different dosage regimens of Cefuroxime in treating pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis.Methods:126 cases were randomly divided into three groups,group A、group B and group C.The dosage regimen of group A was Cefuroxime Sodium 50mg/ kg through intravenous,q12h.That of group B was Cefuroxime Sodium 50mg/kg through intravenous drip,qd,and cefuroxime axetil 0.125 orally 12 hours later.The dosage regimen of group C was Cefuroxime Sodium 100mg/kg through intravenous drip,qd.Result:The average defervescence days of A、B、C group were 5.41±1.65、5.58±1.72、7.03±1.71 respectively,and there were significant differences among the three groups.The effective rates of the three groups were compared,and there wasn’t significant difference among the three groups.Conclusion:The efficacy of the three dosage regimens of Cefuroxime were similar,but the average defervescence days of A、B group were shorter than group C Compared with dosage regimen of group A,the dosage regimen of group B needs intravenous drip only once a day,can decrease the puncture times,and can increase compliance of patients.更多还原
