【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To prevent and control hospital infection effectively by discussing the methods of continuous improvement for infection management in hemodialysis centers. METHODS According to problems of hospital infection,the organizational administration and special technical training were enhanced,the management system and standard operating procedure were improved and become more perfect.The standard of hospital infection management quality criteria was established. The consciousness of hospital infection in preventing and controlling in hemodialysis center was increased by enhancing the education and training programs. RESULS The hospital infection quality and the safety of patients had been effectively improved by continuous quality improvement and complete quality supervision and mechanisms in hemodialysis center. The hospital infection survey pass rate was 87.23%before continuous quality improvement and 98.01% after(the difference was statistically significantχ~2=6.84,P<0.05). CONCLUTIONS Enhancing the hospital infection continuous quality improvement in hemodialysis center can prevent and control hospital infection.更多还原
