多重耐药菌医院感染监测及耐药性分析

【摘要】 <正>目的通过多重耐药菌(MDRO)株的分离和药物敏感试验,为临床有效控制MDRO感染提供依据。方法对2008年1月—2010年12月监测到的全院多重耐药菌感染病例进行分析,针对易感因素制定多重耐药菌感染管理制度和预防控制措施并监督实施,同时追踪分析其易感因素。结果临床送检16071份标本中,培养阳性6007例,其中检出MDRO株1365株,检出率8.49%;

【Abstract】 Objective Through separating multiple drug-resistant bacteria(MDRO) ’ s and doing its drug susceptibility testing,providing effective measures of control MDRO infection to clinical. Methods To analyze all MDRO that we monitored in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010.Aiming at its risk factor,formulate its infection management system and prevention and control measures,then supervise implementation,simultaneously tracking and analyze its susceptibility factor. Results In clinical 16071 inspection specimens,there are 6007 cases that culture positive,between them there are 1365 that MDRO,detection rate is 8.49%,Main MDRO include Escherichia coli,Pneumonia Crayresearch bacteria,Pseudomonas Aeruginosa,Acinetobacter Baumannii and Hemolysis Staphylococcus.Enterbacteriaceae bacteria,the priority bacteria is Escherichia coli,its resistant rate to Imipenem is 2.0%,but to Ampicillin Irologic its resistance rate reach 96.5%,followed by is Pneumonia Crayresearch bacterium,its resistant to ampicillin rate is 98.2%. Conclusion Currently,MDRO is the most common pathogens in hospital infection,its resistance phenomenon is very serious,So we should guide clinical to medication according to antimicrobial susceptibility test results as far as possible.
