【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To discuss of hospital infection control and prevention management in the special hospital., being advanced and implement.of method. HETHODS Reinforce and guidance,staff of communication,improve management and reward system,full pay attention,support and cooperate with the hospital infection control of environment,and promote hospital infection management. RESULTS Through efforts by the usage of antimicrobial agents 78.8%in 2004,down 49.8%in 2009; infections by 2004 the number of specimens sent 212 cases,up to 1395 cases in 2009;2006,launched the first in the preoperative antimicrobial drug use in Gan Su province,from the 2006 rate of 30.5%to 98%in 2009. Conclusion Hospital administrators,hospital infection supervisor,clinical staff common viewpoint, follow the criterion and institutions,hospital infection control can be continued to advance.更多还原
