【摘要】 本文由对风险的认识提出了医疗耗材风险管理的概念,并根据医疗耗材在医疗机构应用的流程对医疗耗材风险的来源进行了识别和区分。根据对风险的评估,介绍了我院在采购管理、仓储管理、风险监测、整体指标控制、持续改进等方面所采取的风险控制制度。通过一系列制度的实施,有效的降低了医疗耗材的风险。最后提出了下一步要开展的工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper proposed the concept of risk management of medical consumables based on the understanding of the risk,and the sources of medical consumables risk were to identify and distinguish depended on the application process of medical consumables in the medical institutions.According to the assessment of risk,it introduced the risk control system we used,which involve the purchasing management, warehouse management,risk monitoring,overall index control,and continuous improvement.Through a series of system implementation,the risk of medical supplies has been effectively reduced.Finally it put forward the next step work.更多还原
