【摘要】 目的分析3台加速器停机原因,总结设备故障规律,为设备安全合理使用和科学管理提供决策依据。方法回顾性分析近5年来3台加速器的停机时间和次数,计算设备技术状态指标。结果2100C、23EX和600CD的累计停机时间分别为623.5、591.3和308.4,停机次数分别为152、198和107,每次平均维修时间分4.1、3.0和2.9小时。2100C、23EX和600CD的停机率分别为5.1%、4.9%和3.1%。结论就停机时间和次数而言,高能加速器大于低能加速器。停机率与设备复杂程度、存放和使用环境、维修维护质量等因素有很大关。故障曲线有助于合理选择购买保修的时机。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the downtime reasons of 3 LINACs in our hospital,and look for the rules of downtime of these devices,Methods Retrospective analysis of downtime of the LINACs over a period of 5 years.ResultS The accumulated downtime hours of 2100C,23EX and 600CD were 623.5,591.3 and 308.4,downtime numbers counted 152,198 and 107,per average repair hours were 4.1,3.0 and 2.9,the downtime rate was 5.1%,4.9%and 3.1%respectively.Conclusion The downtime hours and times of high energy accelerators are greater than that of low energy accelerators.Downtime rate depends greatly on the complexity of the device,storage and using environment,the quality of repair and maintenance.Downtime curve would be of great help in making the right decision when to buy a service contract.更多还原
