临床药师基于循证医学对我院静脉用人免疫球蛋白进行调控管理

【摘要】 目的:静脉用人免疫球蛋白资源紧缺,临床药师运用循证医学手段实现有限资源的合理配置。方法:临床药师积极寻找临床证据,召开多学科临床专家会议,制定我院静脉用人免疫球蛋白应用指导意见,并确立我院静脉用人免疫球蛋白管理应用制度,进行标准化流程管理。结果:制定出我院静脉用人免疫球蛋白应用指导意见,在条指导意见后都附有证据强度和推荐级别;在我院静脉用人免疫球蛋白管理应用制度中明确了临床的权限和药学部门的职责;形成标准化管理流程。结论:临床药师以循证医学为基础对我院静脉用人免疫球蛋白的临床使用进行有效的调控管理,在静脉用人免疫球蛋白的临床合理使用中发挥了重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Due to the shortage of intravenous human immunoglobulin(IVIG), clinical pharmacists use evidence-based medicine means to achieve the rational allocation of limited resources.Methods:Clinical pharmacists are actively looking for clinical evidence to convene a multidisciplinary clinical expert meetings,formulating the IVIG application guideline of our hospital,and establishing IVIG management application system in our hospital,standardizing the process management of IVIG.Results:the IVIG application guideline were developed,and the recommendation strength and evidence degree were labeled for each items of recommendation.Clear clinical privileges and responsibilities of the Pharmaceutical sector in our hospital intravenous human immune globulin management system;formed a standardized management processes.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists to evidence-based medicine and clinical use of our hospital IVIG for effective regulation and control management,played an important role in the clinical rational use of IVIG.更多还原
