【摘要】 目的:探讨临床药师在救治危重病例时发挥的作用。方法:临床药师与医师协作救治一例2012年10月于我院消化内科就诊的药物中毒患者。结果:经氟马西尼、纳洛酮、醒脑静等催醒药物,营养神经药物及抗感染综合治疗后,患者健康出院。结论:临床药师应该深入参与临床治疗方案的设计与实施,做好医师的药学参谋,实现患者健康利益最大化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Investigate the role of the clinical pharmacist in the treatment of critically ill cases.Methods:Physician and clinical pharmacist collaboration for treatment one case of drug poisoning patients in Gastroenterology department of our hospital during October 2012.Results:After the treatment of Flumazenil,naloxone,Xingnaojing injection,neurological nutrition drugs and anti-infective,the patient discharged from hospital healthy.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists should be deeply involved in the clinical remedy,and do as a pharmaceutical adviser to maximize the interests of the health of patients.更多还原
