【摘要】 目的考察临床药师医嘱审核干预对普外科不合理静脉用药的影响。方法依据药品说明书资料,结合大通医药"药物咨询及用药安全监测系统",对临床静脉用药医嘱进行审核和干预,对干预前后的不合理用药的情况进行分类统计,利用统计学方法,计算差异。结果与干预前相比,干预后用药情况明显改善,其中抗菌药物的临床使用已逐步趋于合理,干预后抗菌药使用的剂量和用法较干预前有显著性改变,用药逐步趋于规范;不合理联用统计学无显著性差异,但不合理例次明显减少;未发现有抗菌药物溶媒不合理使用现象。其他药物的静脉用药中,药物不合理的剂量、用法、溶媒及不合理联用都有显著性差异,干预后的用药较干预前更为合理。结论临床药师医嘱审核干预有利于促进临床合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Investigating the effect of pharmacist,s prescription checking to surgery irrational drug use Method:According to the medical inductions,plus with Drug Consultants and Medicine Management System from DaTong medical corporation,the randomly selected clinical prescriptions were checked, then the results were analysizede statistically .Results:compared with prescriptions before checking, the ones after checking are more rational in drug use.Of the total classifically statistic results,the use of antibiotics has gradually becom rational now.Obvious changes have taken place in the dosage and usages of antibiotics,that is more.The irrational combination has no significant difference,but the cases are fewer.As to the other iv-therapy drugs,the results are positive in dosage,usages,resolve and irrational combination,that is more Rational compared with the results before checking.Conclusion: clinical pharmacist,s prescription checking is propitious to rational drug use更多还原
