【摘要】 阐述了现代物流中运输包装的发展现状和运输包装的功能特点,以及运输包装的基本原则和要求,提出运输包装标准化的重要性,重点包括了托盘及托盘标准化和集装箱及集装箱标准化的说明,介绍了Cape Pack软件支持运输包装决策的主要功能。论文中牛奶运输包装优化的研究是通过Cape Pack软件优化计算了两种不同托盘装载的数目和托盘底面积利用率,以及卡车的底面积利用率和空间利用率。首先在一类包装尺寸固定的前提下,根据所装物品的基本信息,自动生成装载方案的数字报告和图形报告,从生成方案中选择最优的装载方案,同时选择适合内装物的托盘和卡车类型。然后在生成的一系列装载方案中,根据所需物品的种类、数量、包装容器的要求、限制、捆束方法、经济和装载要求来分析优化装载方案。在一类包装尺寸固定,托盘、卡车尺寸都一定时,根据二类包装的要求,选择最优的二类包装。结果表明:采用1200 mm×1000 mm型托盘装载数量和卡车底面积利用率及空间利用率都高于1200mm×800 mm型托盘。因此,在实际过程中装载过程中使用1200 mm×1000 mm型托盘更加经济合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduced each function module and the main function of Cape Pack software.Optimization methods of milk transportation packaging based on Cape Pack were proposed.The process of optimum design was demonstrated through an example.Two loading plans were compared.The utilization of tray’s floorage and the utilization of the space are the same,but one plan’s loading quantity and the utilization of the truck’s floorage and space of the tray are higher than another.This paper put forward a new idea for practical application of milk transportation packaging optimization.更多还原
