纳米金属/LDPE复合抗菌包装膜的研究

【摘要】 本研究中通过使用纳米金属材料(纳米银、纳米氧化锌)制备出LDPE气调膜和抗菌膜。研究了添加不同含量、不同种类的纳米金属对拉伸强度、透氧率,LDPE保鲜膜的抗菌性能,及其对采后小西红柿的保鲜效果。研究结果表明:抗菌膜拉伸强度随纳米金属含量的增加呈下降趋势,添加纳米银的抗菌膜,其拉伸强度大于纳米氧化锌的抗菌膜,两种抗菌膜的拉伸强度均小于纯LDPE膜。抗菌膜的透氧率随纳米金属含量的增加而上升,添加纳米银的抗菌膜,其透氧率大于添加纳米氧化锌的抗菌膜。添加两种纳米金属的抗菌膜都具备较好的抗菌性能,且添加纳米银的抗菌膜,其抗菌性能好于纳米氧化锌抗菌膜。抗菌能力随纳米金属含量的增加而增加。但在包装大米时,抗菌效果并不明显。
【Abstract】 The modified atmosphere packaging(MAP) and antibacterial film of low density polyetliylene(LDPE) were made in the presence of nano-ZnO or nano-silver materials.The effect of different content and different kind of nano-metal materials on the tensile strength,oxygen permeability rate and the antibacterial properties of LDPE fresh-keeping film were studied, especially the effect of fresh-keeping properties on small tomatoes picked.The conclusion is as follows:The tensile strength of the film decreased with the increasing of nano-metal content.The tensile strength of the film added nano-silver was greater than the film added nano-ZnO.The oxygen permeability rate of the film increased with the increasing of nano-ZnO or nano-silver content,and the oxygen permeability rate of the film added nano-silver was higher than that of the film added nano-ZnO.It was found that the films added the nano-metal had a good antibacterial performance from the antibacterial test of small tomatoes.The antibacterial ability increased with content of nano-metal.The antibacterial effect of the nano-metal was not obvious after the rice was packaged.
