乙烯吸附活性包装对“早久保”桃子保鲜性能研究

【摘要】 本文将一种自制的具有乙烯吸附功能的硅胶粉末熔融共混到LDPE/LLDPE(低密度聚乙烯/线性低密度聚乙烯)树脂中,然后吹制薄膜并制备成具有乙烯吸附功能的保鲜袋,用于常温下"早久保"桃子的保鲜,对保鲜薄膜的氧气和水蒸气透过性﹑保鲜袋内桃子呼吸产生的乙烯浓度﹑保鲜袋内氧气和二氧化碳气体浓度进行了测定,并且对在保鲜袋内桃子的失重﹑腐烂率﹑Vc含量﹑可溶性固形物含量﹑硬度等指标进行了研究,结果表明当制备的功能性保鲜薄膜中含2%-3%的硅胶粉末时,可以将"早久保"桃子常温下的货架期延长到12天,桃子不发生任何腐烂,与对照组相比保鲜组营养成分下降的趋势明显变缓。

【Abstract】 A kind of synthesized activated silica gel powder was hybrid into LDPE/LLDPE blended resins for the purpose of formation of active packaging films (APF) for ethylene adsorption behavior. The properties of gas permeability were tested by water vapor transmission rate and oxygen transmission rate. After the films were thermally sealed and formed bags, the shelf-life of packaged fresh "Early Kubo" peaches was examined. During the storage, the gas components and concentration like ethylene, CO2 and O2 inside the APF bags were detected by Agilent Gas Chromatography and Mocon Headspace Tester, respectively. The effects of added activated silica gel powder on peach weight loss rate, content of total soluble solid and vitamin C were investigated. The results showed that the gas permeable rate was decreased and the ethylene adsorption rate was increased with the increasing activated silica gel powder content. The optimized parameters were that the activated silica gel powder content was between 2% and 3%. As a result the respiration of peaches was inhibited effectively and the shelf-life of "Early Kubo" peaches was extended greatly.
