一种苯并噻二唑-芴共聚物的合成与光伏性能的研究

【摘要】 本文以4,7-二噻吩-5,6-二辛氧基-2,1,3-苯并噻二唑和9,9-二辛基芴,通过Suzuki偶联,合成出了一种具有D-A(给体单元和受体单元)结构的共轭聚合物POTBTF[聚(4,7-二噻吩-5,6-二辛氧基-2,1,3-苯并噻二唑9,9-二辛基芴)]。研究了该聚合物的光物理和电化学性能。POTBTF具有优良的热稳定性和一定的溶解性。以POTBTF为电子给体,PCBM为电子受体制得的共混体相异质结太阳能电池在AM1.5,100mW/cm2模拟太阳光下,其开路电压为0.71V,短路电流为6.69mA/cm2,填充因子为0.374,光电转化效率为1.77%。
【Abstract】 A Donor-Accepter type conjugated polymer POTBTF comprising 9,9- dioctylfluorene and 5,6-bis(octyloxy)-4,7-di(thiophen-2-yl) benzo-[c][1,2,5] -thiadiazole was synthesized by Suzuki cross coupling. The photophysical and electrochemical properties of the polymer were investigated. The POTBTF possesses excellent thermal stability and reasonable solubility. The Power conversion efficiency of the polymer solar cell based on POTBTF/PC 70 BM (1:3, w/w) reached 1.77% with J sc = 6.69mA/cm2 , V oc = 0.71V, and FF=0.374 under illumination of AM1.5, 100mW/cm2 .
