基于TMS320F2810的多级半导体制冷器温控系统

【摘要】 半导体制冷器具有体积小、易安装、无噪音、寿命长、不需制冷剂、无污染等优点。本文设计了一种多级半导体制冷器控制系统,该系统以TI公司的C2000系列DSP处理器TMS320F2810为核心,以半导体制冷器为被控对象,建立两输入单输出的PID控制模型,在+20℃到-60℃的宽范围内实现高精度温度控制,温度误差在0.2℃以内。采用铂电阻PT100作为温度传感器,设计了恒流源式低温飘电桥采样调理电路,并采用硬件和软件双重滤波等措施,保证系统的稳定性和强抗干扰性能。采用模糊控制参数自整定PID算法来控制PWM输出波形占空,对铂电阻PT100的非线性进行补偿,实现快速、精确、稳定的制冷器控制。
【Abstract】 Thermoelectric cooler is compact,easy to install,no noise,long life.no refrigerant,no pollution and so on.This paper has designed a multi-stage Peltier device temperature control system,the system takes TI’s high performance C2000 series DSP processor TMS320F2810 as the core and the Thermoelectric cooler as the controlled object and establish a two-input single-out put PID control model,within +20℃to-60℃it Achieved a wide range of high-precision temperature control,the temperature error is less.PT100 platinum resistance is used as a temperature sensor,it designes a constant-current source-type and low-temperature drift bridge sampling conditioning circuit,voltage of the temperature volume is converted to the amount and adapt hardware,software,and a dual filtering measures to ensure the system stability and anti-jamming performance.Using fuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm to control PWM to compensate the nonlinear PT100 platinum resistance and achieve a fast,accurate and stable temperature control.
