【摘要】 本文简要地介绍了六线法在线测试的工作原理和与之相关的隔离点的概念和用途。就隔离点的选择问题,提出最佳隔离点的定义。本文先讨论了基于图论的隔离点选择算法,该算法将隔离点的选择范围限制在割点集合,然后按右侧支路的等效阻抗的数值优化选择隔离点,从而有效地降低了测量误差。文中接着给出了基于电路模型的隔离点选择算法,该算法能应用于不同的拓扑结构的电路。文中给出若干说明性的实例,仿真实验表明上述两个算法能有效地选择隔离点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The principle of in-circuit test and the concepts about the guard point are reviewed briefly.The optimal guard point based on test accuracy is defined.First,the guard point selection algorithm based on graph theory is discussed in this paper.Its main features are that the selection range of guard points is limited to the cut point set,and the best guard point is chosen in term of the equivalent resistance of the right branch.The measurement error can be reduced effectively by applying this one.Second,the guard point selection algorithm based on electric circuit model is also given,which is can be used in electric circuit with different topological structure.The illustrative examples are also given,and the simulation study indicates that the guard point can effectively be selected by applying the above two algorithms.更多还原
