指向镜运动精度分析

【摘要】 为了满足超光谱成像仪对地运动补偿的需求,研制了一套指向镜装置并详细分析了指向镜的运动精度。首先,介绍了指向镜的功能和性能指标要求,据此给出了指向镜的驱动方式和控制方案。接着,从步进电机自身误差、控制误差和谐波减速器传动误差三个方面分析计算了指向镜的转速误差,并对这些误差进行了综合计算,得出指向镜相对极限转速误差范围为13.1%~19.8%,均方根误差为4.4%~6.6%。实验结果表明:步进电机的转速误差小于2.3%,而指向镜的最大相对转速误差为19.6%,均方根误差为5.6%。指向镜运动精度基本满足超光谱成像仪的成像需求,谐波减速器的传动误差是影响指向镜转速精度的主要因素。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the motion compensation demand of hyper-spectral imager,a set of scanning mirror has been developed and its rotation precision has been analysis carefully.Firstly,Based on the function and performance requirements of scanning mirror,driving mode and control technology have been proposed.Then,the rotation error has been calculated from three aspects including step angle error,control error and transmition error of harmonic reducer.The errors are added and the calculation result is that the speed standard deviation of rotation error is 4.4%~6.6%.According to the testing results,the relative rotation error of stepper motor is less than 2.3%.The speed standard deviation is 5.6%.In conclusion,the rotation precision of scanning mirror meets the requirements of hyper-spectral imager.The transmition error of harmonic reducer is the main factor which impacts the rotation precision of scanning mirror.
