北航仪器仪表类专业创新人才培养的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Innovative Talents Cultivation for the Specialty of Instrument and Control at BUAA

【摘要】 随着"建设创新型国家"战略思想的提出,特别是为了适应我国工业化建设快速发展的现状,创新型工程科技人才的培养已经成为我国高等教育工作者面临的紧迫问题。在近年来的教学实践中,结合北京航空航天大学工程性强的学校背景,仪器科学与光电工程学院在仪器仪表大类专业创新人才培养方面进行了大胆的尝试,通过创新文化的建设,激励学生在大学阶段积极主动地参与各项创新性科技活动,而教学体系的完善和实践体系的加强则分别夯实了学生的理论基础和提供了创新活动的实践平台,三者之间相互渗透、互相依托,形成了和谐有序的创新人才培养体系,并最终通过在教学实践中的良好运行达到了效果的检验。
【Abstract】 With the establishment of innovative country ideology,and especially in order to fit for the requirement of rapid development of national industrialization,the cultivation of innovative engineering-technology talents is an urgent problem for the national higher educational workers.In recent teaching course,the innovative talents cultivation of the instrument and control specialty at BUAA is especially explored based on the engineering background of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.Firstly,the driving force of innovative work is activated by the creative cultural construction.And then the improvement of teaching system and the enhancement of practice system are utilized to fasten the knowledge base and provide the work platform respectively.At last, the system of innovative talents cultivation is well constructed and operated,and the effect is verified by the quality of graduated students.
