空间相机用小型绝对光电编码器的研制
Research of Small-sized Absolute Photoelectric Encoder for Space Camera

【摘要】 为了满足空间相机焦面偏移量的测量,研制了小型14位绝对式光电编码器。采用传统矩阵编码形式,粗码道错位排列,有效地减小了编码器的尺寸。精码G0与G180、G90与G270对径相加,降低轴转动时晃动、跳动等引入的偏心误差,保证测量精度。数据处理尽可能利用软件及现有资源,减小了硬件电路的尺寸。所研制的编码器测角精度:±100″,分辨率:80″,光机头部外形尺寸:Φ40×38mm,重量:100g,并已按要求通过了各项实验。
【Abstract】 In order to measure focal plane offset of the space camera,develop the small 14 absolute photoelectric encoder.Using traditional matrix encoding,wide codes are arranged by shift,effectively reduced the size of the encoder.To ensure measure precision,fine code 0 and 180,90 and 270 add in position of the diameter,reduce the eccentric error by shaking and beating when the shaft rotate.In data processing,as far as possible to use the software and existing resources,minimize the size of the hardware circuit.The accuracy of the encoder is:±100" .The dimension of optical and mechanical is:Φ40×38mm,weigh is 100g.Now it has passed through every experiment according to the requirement.
