光纤陀螺惯性测量组件的温度场分析与热设计

【摘要】 D.M.Shupe揭示了随时间变化的温度梯度引起的光纤陀螺的零偏变化现象。本文从Shupe误差的原理开始对影响Shupe误差的因素进行了分析;在分析中分别对影响Shupe误差的光纤环绕制方法、内外壁温度和光纤环的固定方式进行了分析:为机械及热设计提出了改进措施:在结构和热设计中我们根据影响Shupe误差的因素的分析对光纤陀螺惯性测量组件的结构进行了改进,使得光纤环的零偏变化在整个温度循环内小于0.5°/h。
【Abstract】 D.M.Shupe reveals the time-varying temperature gradient caused changes in fiber optic gyroscope bias phenomenon.In this article we start from the principle of Shupe error;in the analysis of the impact factors,we were surrounded by coil winding method,inside and outside wall temperature and the fixed method of the coil were analyzed;mechanical and thermal design of proposed improvements;Structural and thermal design factors affecting Shupe error are analysis.The structure of the fiber-optic gyro inertial measurement has been improved to improve the bias error within the entire temperature cycle less than 0.5°/h.
