FCM聚类算法实现金免疫层析试条定量检测的研究

【摘要】 本文建立了金免疫层析试条定量检测的数学模型,提出了对试条定量检测的方法。该方法对由CCD图像传感器采集到的图像进行预处理后,用模糊C均值聚类算法对图像进行分割,精确提取出金免疫层析试条的检测线并计算积分光密度特征值,实现了金免疫层析试条的定量检测。通过对人绒毛膜促性腺激素的检测实验验证,采用该方法对被测液浓度有较好的区分等级,重复性好,对金免疫层析试条进行定量是可行的。
【Abstract】 A mathematical modeling of gold immunochromatographic strip(GICS) quantitative detection is proposed and get the method of GICS quantitative detection.After the pretreatment of image captured by the CCD image sensor,fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm is used for image segmentation in order to extract the detection line of GICS,then calculate the eigenvalue integral optical density value,thus quantitative detection of the GICS was achieved.It is proofed by the human chorionic gonadotropin experimental that measured using this method have better distinguish between concentration levels,good reproducibility and is feasible for the GICS quantitative detection.
