【摘要】 气门间隙对发动机的做功效率至关重要,发动机装配过程中必须预留适当的气门间隙。本文介绍了发动机气门间隙的定义,对手工调整气门间隙的方法进行了说明,对气门挺柱选配原来采用的选配原理进行了分析,指出了导致选配准确度不理想的原因;根据凸轮轴各轴颈在轴颈孔内的状态的不同,对气门挺柱的选配原理进行了修正,使对气门挺柱的选配更符合实际情况,并对气门挺柱选配关键参数的确定方法进行了较为详细的说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 The valve clearance is essential to the engine efficacy,so proper valve clearance is needed in engine assembly.This paper presents the definition of the valve clearance,and the method of adjusting valve clearance by handwork was introduced,the selecting principle of valve tappet that already adopted was analyzed,and the reason that result in unsatisfactory selecting accuracy was set out;the principle of the valve tappet selecting was revised based on the different states that the camshaft journals in the shaft bores,so the selecting principle of valve tappet can be more fit with the actual conditions,and the key parameters derivation of the valve tappet selecting was explained in more detail.更多还原
