基于模型新电液排气机构延时的模糊自适应控制

【摘要】 新开发了一个电液控制气门的系统,为了实现电液气门延时的准确控制,满足无凸轮电液气门这种多变量系统,且被控量具有非线性、耦合强的要求,通过试验研究了转速、油温、油压等参数对系统延时的影响。建立了控制气门开启和关闭延时的map图,并建立了模糊控制子系统,用于电液气门延时的自适应控制,从而满足延时控制的要求。
【Abstract】 A new electro-hydraulic drived variable valve actuation system of exhaust valve was developed.In order to achieve an accurate controller of open and close delay time for this vavle system,the control map of the valve opening and closing delay was established after testing with varied speed,pressure and oil temperature.As the valve control system was multi-variable,intense coupling and non-linear,a fuzzy control strategy was used to meet the requirements.The adaptive control strategy is effective and practical.
