基于脉搏信号散点图分析的VDT视疲劳研究

【摘要】 由问卷调查表选定37例健康被试者,根据自主研制的电生理信号采集系统设计了视疲劳实验。实验前后,分别对被试者进行疲劳症状问卷调查和脉搏信号采集。通过对疲劳症状问卷的统计分析发现,以Rechichi提出的判断标准,视疲劳实验后,被试者均处于视疲劳状态。疲劳后脉搏信号的周期变化不显著,而散点图中SD1/SD2下降显著(P<O.05)。SD1/SD2有望作为视疲劳状态诊断与评测的客观指标。

【Abstract】 We selected thirty seven healthy volunteers by questionnaire and designed VDT visual fatigue experiment by self-developed electrophysiological data acquisition system.The pulse signals are acquired from subjects by a photoplethysmography, and the questionnaires of fatigue symptom are also investigated from subjects before and after VDT experiment respectively. Analyzing the questionnaire of fatigue symptom demonstrate that all subjects are in visual fatigue states after the fatigue experiment according to the criterion of Rechichi Pulse periods are no significantly changed after fatigue experiment while the SD1/SD2 in Lagged Poincare plots decreased significantly after VDT fatigue experiment(P<0.05).SD1/SD2 could reflect the state of VDT visual fatigue and could be used for diagnosing and estimating VDT visual fatigue as objective parameters.
