【摘要】 针对传统拨电话或登报进行停电告知的方式耗时多,反应慢,效率低等问题,结合电力行业停电管理业务特点,提出设计了一种基于停电计划辅助决策的客户停电信息管理平台。该平台能够更加科学合理地制定停电计划,并以语音短信方式采取智能的告知策略进行通知,保证了通知到每个用电客户,减少了停电带来的损失,提高了工作效率和服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the traditional way for customers to inform by telephone or newspaper has been more time-consuming,slow response and low efficiency,combining with the power industry power management features,we designed the customer outage information management platform,based on decision-making of power plan.it will be more scientific and reasonable to develop power plan,and take intelligent strategy to infrom by voice or messaging which ensured that each of customers could be noticed,power losses could be reduced and working efficiency and service quality could be improved..更多还原
