【摘要】 复杂配方生产过程的自动化控制需要解决配方信息与生产工艺之间的数据融合问题。本文针对浸润剂生产过程的特点,提出应用数据协调的方法实现配方信息的完整表达,并给出复杂配方数据库的实现方法;采用对配方数据分组调用和分时下载技术实现生产过程的自动控制。实际运行证明该方案能够很好地满足多配方、多配制罐、人工/自动混合生产过程控制的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 During automatic control process of complicated formula,it exists the problem of data integration between formula and production process.Aiming at the features of Soakage agent production,a data coordinating method is introduced.It can achieve complete description of formula information.And on the basis of it,a complicated formula database is built.So the problem can be solved by adopted the technology of packet call and time-sharing download.The results indicated that the method can be used into more complicated production process such as several formulas,several tanks with hand/automation mixed-mode at the same time.更多还原
