金属盘单码道绝对式轴角编码器的研究

【摘要】 普通光电绝对式轴角编码器采用的是玻璃码盘,而玻璃码盘易破裂且镀层易磨损,不适合在恶劣条件下使用,采用金属材料制作码盘则可克服编码器的以上缺点,大幅提高其环境适应性和可靠性。本文介绍了编码器编码原理的发展和现状及常规多圈编码在制作金属码盘时的不足。介绍了制作中高精度金属码盘编码器所采用的单码道格雷码编码原理。通过采用单码道格雷码和电子学细分技术可使金属盘绝对式编码器的角分辨力达到214。该种编码器的制作可采用原有的成熟工艺,具有成本低、环境适应性强、可靠性高等突出优点。
【Abstract】 Ordinary optical absolute rotary encoder often use glass as the material of disk.But these disks easy to break and their coating yards easy to wear,not suitable for use under hard conditions.While metal encoder disk can overcome these shortcomings and significantly enhance its environmental adaptability and reliability.This article describes the evolution and current situation of the optical encoder’s principles.At the same time,this article describes the shortcomings of ordinary multi-track encode.This article introduced the principal of single track Gray code which used on the production of high precision metal disk optical encoder.By using the single track Gray code and electronics segments technology,we can realize absolute rotary encoder of angular resolution up to 214.The production of this type of encoder can adopt the original mature technologies,and the encoder have some outstanding advantages like low cost,high environmental adaptability and high reliability.
