基于FPGA的遥测数据采集单元的设计与研究

【摘要】 本文针对某型惯导车载测试系统中的遥测数据(BMCH)的具体特点与要求,设计并实现了一套基于FPGA的高速实时数据采集单元。文章首先简要介绍了惯导车载测试系统的总体结构,然后讨论了遥测数据采集单元的具体设计方案。遥测数据采集单元以FPGA为核心构建,通过FPGA实现遥测数据的实时采集、解码、缓存,并且经串行化后通过RS422总线传输至上位PXI计算机系统。其中重点讨论了FPGA解码遥测数据,串行传输等关键技术。最后对遥测数据采集单元进行性能测试及分析。测试结果表明遥测数据采集单元能够长时间、无丢帧的对遥测数据进行采集、传输与存储,成功解决了惯导车载测试系统中遥测数据的高速采集与长距离传输问题,在整个测试系统中发挥了重要作用。
【Abstract】 In view of the characteristics of the remote telemetry data(BMCH)in the INS-In-Car system,this paper introduces an implementation of the real-time data acquisition system based on FPG A with high speed.First,the infrastructure of the INS-In-Car system is introduced.Second,an approach of transmitting the telemetry data is also discussed in detail.The data acquisition system based on FPGA takes advantage of the FPGA to implement the acquisition,decode and cache the BMCH data which is finally transmitted to the PXI computer by RS422 bus after being serialized by DUART chip.Finally,the test result is analyzed after conducting the performance test of the whole DAQ system.The result indicates that the system designed in this paper can capture,transmit and store the telemetry data for a long time without missing any frame.By achieving the high-speed acquisition and long-distance transmission of the BMCH data,the data acquisition plays a key role in the whole INS-IN-Car system.
