【Abstract】 A video transmission and monitoring system of remotely operated underwater vehicle(ROV) is introduced,the hardware equipments and the technique of video data processing based on software are included in which.The hardware equipments are used for sampling,transmission,showing the video.The technique of video data processing completes the task of catching,saving,setting the video data.The system is successfully applied in the ROV and acquiring a satisfaction results.更多还原
