车轮热轧轮胚尺寸激光测量仪的研究

【摘要】 本文采用激光测量和视觉测量结合的方法设计了车轮热轧轮胚尺寸激光测量系统,详细分析了激光测量系统的测量原理和测量方案,并给出具体的实验分析结果。由实验所得测量结果可以看出,测量系统对于常温状态下车轮轮辋相关尺寸单次测量的标准差分别为0.3865mm、0.1862mm和0.1561mm。20℃~1000℃热态测量时,测量结果的标准差为0.0390mm。

【Abstract】 Combining the principle of laser measurement and vision measurement,a measurement system is designed in this paper to measure the hot-rolling wheels size.At the same time,a frame of computer measurement and controlling software is introduced.The measurement principle and scheme are presented as well as experimental results.After the careful analysis on the results,it can be concluded that the only time standard error of the wheel dimension measured on the condition of normal temperature is 0.3865mm,0.1862mm and 0.1561mm respectively.When measurement condition is 20℃~1000℃,the measuring standard error is 0.0390mm.The experiment shows,this optimum method for image process restrains thermal image background and extrude the useful information obviously.
