天线罩电厚度微波测量及修磨系统的研究

【摘要】 无线电寻的系统瞄准误差和瞄准误差率靠天线罩的电性能来保证,电厚度是评价天线罩综合电气性能的重要指标,本文分析天线罩微波反射电厚度测量的原理,测量反射系数相位来间接测量电厚度变化,可计算出需要修磨的法向补偿量,以抵消壁厚和介电常数误差引起的电性能误差,并设计了微波反射自动测量系统,提高测量的自动化程度,检测数据满足精度要求。
【Abstract】 Targeting error and targeting error rate of Radio homing system are ensured by electrical properties of radome.Electrical thickness is a key index to evaluate the comprehensive electrical Properties of radome.By analyzing radome microwave Electrical thickness measuring principle and measuring the phase of radome-reflection coefficient,the relative change of electrical thickness of radome wall can be known indirectly and the grinding compensative Volume can be calculated to neutralize the deviation of radome electrical Properties caused by radome wall’s thickness and Permittivity Deviations.Designing of microwave-reflection automotive measurement system improves the degree of measuring automation and the tested data meets relative accuracy requirement.
