基于LabVIEW的汽车数字仪表检测系统设计

【摘要】 本文通过NI公司的软硬件产品对汽车数字仪表检测系统进行开发,根据仪表测试所需的各种模拟、数字、开关、K-Line、CAN等各种信号参数,采用NI的PXI系列板卡以及自制的可编程网络电阻和数据通讯转换卡组成系统的硬件电路部分,利用虚拟仪器技术构建基于LabVIEW软件平台的仪表检测系统。此检测平台图形化编程简单直观,操作方便,修改灵活。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a vehicle digital instrument detecting system is designed,which is composed of the hardware and software products of NI company.According to the all kinds of analog,digital,switch,k-line, CAN signal parameters that the instrument testing needed,the hardware circuit of system uses PXI boards and homemade programmable resistances and a data communication board;the software platform of system is based on LabVIEW using the technology of virtual instrument.The detecting platform of graphical programming is simple,intuitive,and convenient operation,flexible modification.
