一种基于LVDT的新型同轴度快速测量装置

【摘要】 设计一种基于LVDT的新型同轴度快速现场检测装置。装置采用气动元件实现快速轴向定位,轴定位精度达1μm,利用LVDT实现零件坐标测量,自主开发LVDT信号处理电路实现信号采集及处理,由单片机实现同轴度计算。实验和标定结果表明,系统单点测量误差小于1μm,同轴度测量误差小于2μm,一个工件的测量时间小于30s,实现快速高精度同轴度测量。
【Abstract】 A new and fast device based on LVDT is designed in this paper This device locates fast in micron class by steam drive component The axis positioning precision is 1μm It measures parts coordinates by LVDT Signal acquisition and processing is completed by the LVDT signal processing electric circuit which is developed independently Coaxiality Calculating is realized by single chip When the work desk rotates around a circle the system will set 360 sampling points on the circumference of a spare part to be detected The coaxial degree between two columns surfaces was achieved through data processed with least-square method and basic rule of statistics The error of clamp and system was eliminated by relative measurement method and make the detecting precision to achieve micron order The experiment and labeled outcome shows that:the system single point measuring error is less than 1μm coaxiality measuring error is less than 2μm the measuring time of a part is less than 30 minutes It completes fast and high precision coaxiality measurement Compared with manual detecting the precision automatically measured by the system is higher little detecting time and better practicality.
