具有流量反馈的气体动态流量发生器的设计

【摘要】 评价压缩性气体流量计的动态特性时,具有稳定输出的动态气体流量发生源是必要的。利用压缩气体进出等温容器时流出流量与容器内压力的变化率成线性关系的特点间接测量发生的动念流量,实现流量的反馈从而构成流量发生器的闭环控制系统。进而通过研究作为控制器件的伺服阀的特性,在系统中引入了前馈控制从而提高系统响应速度。针对非线性强、易受外界干扰的压缩性气体控制系统采用模糊PID控制器,设计了具有一定稳定输出频率和幅值的动态气体流量发生器。试验表明,动态气体流量发生器的发生频率能够达到10Hz,流量输出在0.2kg/min以上。

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the dynamic characteristic of flow rate meter for compressible fluids,an accurate unsteady flow rate generator is of great necessity.According to the feature of the Isothermal tank,relationship between the output flow rate and the pressure change rate in the tank is linear,the generated unsteady flow rate can be measured indirectly.Therefore,feedback of flow rate is obtained and close-loop control system is established.Moreover,by studying the characteristics of the control component servo valve,feedforward control is introduced to improve the response of the system.A fuzzy-PID controller is adopted in the control system,since the compressible fluids are of strong nonlinear and vulnerable to the disturbance.As a result,an unsteady flow rate generator with accurate output frequency and flow rate is designed.Proved by experiments,a frequency up to 10Hz and a flow rate over 0.2kg/min can be acquired.
