基于旋转对称激光三角传感器的图像采集平台

【摘要】 激光三角传感器作为一种非接触精密位移传感器在工业在线实时监测领域得到了广泛的应用,是工业质量保证领域必备的检测手段。而具有旋转对称特性的集成视觉增强型光学测距系统克服了传统激光三角传感器易受遮挡的缺点,提高了测量精度,在未来这种传感器将得到更加广泛的应用。本文的研究工作是设计实现了一个基于DSP嵌入式的图像采集平台,以提高系统的集成度和性能从而满足传感器系统的高精度和实时性要求。
【Abstract】 Laser triangulation sensor as a non-contact precision displacement sensor has been widely used in the industry on-line real-time monitoring area.It is a necessary means of detection in the field of industrial quality assurance.The augmented optical distance measurement system by integrated vision capability with rotational symmetrical feature can overcome the inherent shortages of the traditional sensor.So the augmented sensor will be very widely used in the future industry.Developing an image capturing platfom based on DSP embedded platform are main work of this thesis for improving the speed and precision of the sensor.
