颗粒尺寸对输出信号影响的实验研究

【摘要】 气固两相输送过程,由于颗粒之间及颗粒与管道之间碰撞、摩擦、分离,导致颗粒携带大量电荷。固体颗粒荷电含有丰富的气固两相流动信息,应用于燃煤电站气力输送系统的圆环式静电流量计可为监控磨煤机性能参数提供极有价值的参考信息。通过静电传感器系统,利用气固两相流中固相微粒的荷电信号进行互相关运算来测量两相流的速度。设计了气力输送实验装置,并研究了颗粒尺寸对传感器输出信号的影响。实验结果表明:静电传感器对小粒径的颗粒有较高的灵敏度,并且两相间的滑移速度与粒径成正比。
【Abstract】 articles bring charges due to collision,friction and separation between particles and pipe wall in gas-solid two phases conveying process.Solid charged particles contain abundant flow information on gas-solid two phases.Ring-shaped electrostatic flow meters can provide significantly useful information for coal pulverize in coal-fired power stations.The measurement of the velocity was realized by an electrostatic sensor system detecting the electrostatic signal of solid powder in the gas-solid flow by cross-correlating calculation in the electrostatic sensor system.Designed the pneumatic conveying test device,and analyzed the effect of the radius of particles for output signals of sensor.The experimental result showed the electrostatic sensor had higher sensitivity for smaller particles.The slip in velocity was proportional to radius of particles.
