基于F-P腔选频特性的测量方法研究

【摘要】 Fabry-Perot(简称F-P)光学共振腔与常用的光学滤光片有相似之处,一个F-P共振腔对不同频率的光具有不同的透过率,而且对其腔长进行微小调整即可显著改变F-P光学共振腔的光谱响应特性。本文利用压电陶瓷和温度控制两种方法来调整F-P腔长对所构建的F-P干涉仪进行了静态实验验证,并对实验结果进行了分析。
【Abstract】 From the theory analysis,Fabry-Perot(F-P) resonant cavity can look as a filter,it has different transmissivity for the light with different frequencies,it can select the frequencies by adjusting the space of the F-P resonant cavity,The effects of parameters of the Fabey-Perot optical resonator to the testing precision and testing area are calculated using Matlab programs.The distance can be changed by two techniques:using piezoelectric ceramic or controlling the temperatures.It is found that the frequencies of the transmitted laser can be chosen when the distance of the F-P resonator changes,i.e.,the center of the laser frequencies can be transmitted by adjusting the distance of the F-P resonator.
