无磁水表中参考电压自校准方法研究

【摘要】 无磁水表计量精度与一由软件设置的参考电压有关,设定的值与实际值越接近,计量越精确。为了获取该实际值,本文在研究参考电压自校正方法同时,提出一种改进的方法,该方法可有效地避免两种情况:(1)急流冲击时基表中叶轮的抖动带来的计量误差;(2)参考自校准时恰遇叶轮敷铜区与非敷铜区的转换而来的误差。实验证明该方法一定程度上可提升无磁水表的计量精度。
【Abstract】 The accuracy of nonmagnetic water meter related to a reference voltage which could be set by soft.The nearer reference voltage approached to the true data,the more accurately the meter measured.In order to get the true data,not only the method of reference voltage calibration was described here,this article also introduced an improved method.This new method could effectively avoid:(1) the error taken by the dithering of base-meter impeller when struck by sault;(2) the error taken by the conversion of copper area and normal area of impeller while calibrating reference voltage.Experiments showed that the method could increase the accuracy of nonmagnetic water meter to a certain extent.
