基于滤波反投影的磁感应图像重建算法研究

【摘要】 磁感应断层成像是一种新的非接触电导率断层成像技术,它利用电磁检测原理测量生物组织的电阻抗。生物组织经过激励源激励后产生涡流,通过感应线圈测量此涡流场,从而得到生物组织电阻抗。本文针对多通道磁感应成像模型,采用滤波反投影算法实现了图像重建,首先对所检测到的数据进行补充,使其分布在整个圆周上,然后结合插值运算,经滤波反投影得到投影数据重建图像。经实验验证该方法能够实现成像区域内的电阻抗分布成像。
【Abstract】 Magnetic Induction Tomography(MIT) is a new method contact-less tomography method of bioimpendance based on electromagnetic detecting In the excitation of excitation coil the biologic tissue inspires perturbation which could be measured by receiver coils The reconstruction method based on filter back-projection was presented according to the multi-channel magnetic induction imaging system in this paper.First the detected data was supplemented and interpolated to a round and the reconstructed image was got by filter back-projection. Experiment results demonstrate that the bioimpendance of different objects can be distinguished effectively and the bioimpendance in the detecting area could be imaging by the model and reconstruction method.
